1. How does LoveMe Laundry work?
-LoveMe Laundry provides a convenient in home wash-and-fold laundry service. Simply place your dirty laundry in a laundry bag, hamper, trash bag etc, schedule a pickup; and we’ll take care of the rest! We wash, dry, and fold your laundry before returning it to you in a fresh, clean bag within 48 hours.
2. What types of laundry do you accept?
-We accept everyday clothing, bedding (sheets, pillowcases, blankets), and bathroom linens (towels, washcloths, bath mats). Comforters for a flat $30. We do not provide dry cleaning services.
3. Are there any items you do not accept?
-Yes. We do not accept items contaminated with human waste or other hazardous materials. Please ensure your laundry is free from these before pickup. Additionally, we are unable to launder KING comforters.
4. What detergents and fabric softeners do you use?
-We use high-quality, hypoallergenic detergents and fabric softeners. If you have specific detergent preferences or sensitivities, let us know when placing your order.
5. How long does the process take?
-Laundry is returned within 24-48 hours from pickup.
6. How do I schedule a pickup?
-You can schedule a pickup through our website, or by calling or texting Nicole-owner.
7. What should I do if I miss my scheduled pickup?
-If you miss a pickup or delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Please note there is $10.00 inconvenience fee.
8. How do I pay for my laundry?
-Zelle, cash, check, Apple pay.
9. Are tips accepted?
-Your satisfaction means everything to us. If you feel inclined, tips are always appreciated and go directly to the LoveMe Mama that serviced your laundry.
10. Is there a minimum order size?
-Yes, we have a minimum order requirement of 20 pounds. If you send less than 20 pounds you will still be charged the minimum.
11. Can I provide special instructions for my laundry?
-Absolutely! When scheduling your pickup, you can include special instructions regarding washing temperature, detergent preferences, or delicate items.
12. What happens if an item gets damaged or lost?
-We take great care in handling your laundry, but in the rare event of damage or loss, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
13. Who will be washing my laundry?
- We have a small team comprised of LoveMe Mamas that service their designated area
14. What is the price?
-Our price is $2.15 per pound within our normal service area, but contact us for full details and pricing.
